I also have a tinplate set of cable cars which are lovely. However I can't get it to work correctly. Do you have any tips....it seems very sensitive and changes direction mid way. It was far cheaper than buying a new set! I even tried building my own shuttle mechanism using infra red detectors. The detectors work well but I couldn't get enough torque from the motor I was using to drive the cable cars. What power supply do you use? Many Thanks Andy

I am presently changing over to the dreaded diesel, both European and US. Whilst I will always have a fondness for steam to me there is nothing that can compete with a diesel going the notces to full power. (sorry waffling on) You have done a great job with your buildings. An excellent railway.
